  FLOOD STAGE.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 12.5 FEET.
* NO FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS POSSIBLE.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER MAY RISE TO FLOOD STAGE WEDNESDAY MORNING. THE
  RIVER MAY THEN RISE TO 12.6 FEET...OR 0.1 FEET ABOVE FLOOD
  STAGE...WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. THE RIVER MAY GO BELOW FLOOD STAGE
