CENTRAL IOWA THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON...

.AN UNSEASONABLY WARM AND MOIST AIRMASS HAS RETURNED TO IOWA AND
WILL LEAD TO THUNDERSTORMS WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR HEAVY RAINFALL
THROUGH THURSDAY. THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE ISOLATED THOUGH MUCH OF
TODAY BEFORE THE ACTIVITY BECOMES MORE WIDESPREAD OVER THE
NORTHERN HALF OF IOWA THIS EVENING THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

* PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL IOWA AND NORTHWEST IOWA...INCLUDING
  THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN NORTH CENTRAL IOWA...CERRO GORDO...
  HANCOCK...KOSSUTH...WINNEBAGO AND WORTH. IN NORTHWEST IOWA...
  EMMET AND PALO ALTO.

* THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING

* ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST THROUGH THE AFTERNOON
  BEFORE BECOMING MORE WIDESPREAD THIS EVENING. ADDITIONAL STORMS
  ARE EXPECTED ON THURSDAY. ANY THUNDERSTORMS THAT DEVELOP WILL
  HAVE THE POTENTIAL FOR HEAVY RAIN. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 4
  INCHES MAY OCCUR.

* ROADS MAY BECOME COVERED WITH WATER...AND FAST RISES ON LOCAL
  CREEKS AND STREAMS WILL BE POSSIBLE.

  POSSIBLE.
