* FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL IOWA...SOUTH CENTRAL
  IOWA...SOUTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHWEST IOWA...INCLUDING THE
  FOLLOWING AREAS...IN CENTRAL IOWA...JASPER...MARSHALL...POLK...
   POWESHIEK AND TAMA. IN SOUTH CENTRAL IOWA...APPANOOSE...
  CLARKE...DECATUR...LUCAS...MADISON...MAHASKA...MARION...
  MONROE...RINGGOLD...UNION...WARREN AND WAYNE. IN SOUTHEAST
  IOWA...DAVIS AND WAPELLO. IN SOUTHWEST IOWA...TAYLOR.

* FROM 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING

*  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ARE EXPECTED ACROSS
   THE WATCH AREA BEGINNING IN THE LATE EVENING HOURS TONIGHT.
   RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE AND TWO INCHES...OR HIGHER WILL BE
   POSSIBLE.

* AREA SOILS ARE ALREADY SATURATED FROM PREVIOUS HEAVY RAINFALL.
  ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL COULD LEAD TO FLASH
  FLOODING...ESPECIALLY IN URBAN AREAS.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
