* FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL IOWA...SOUTH CENTRAL
  IOWA AND SOUTHEAST IOWA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN
  CENTRAL IOWA...JASPER...MARSHALL...POWESHIEK AND TAMA. IN
  SOUTH CENTRAL IOWA...APPANOOSE...MAHASKA...MARION AND MONROE.
  IN SOUTHEAST IOWA...DAVIS AND WAPELLO.

* FROM WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING

* SOUTHEAST IOWA HAS RECEIVED SEVERAL ROUNDS OF RAIN OVER THE PAST
  FEW DAYS AND HEAVY RAIN IN EXCESS OF 2 INCHES IS FORECAST OVER
  THE SAME AREA WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON INTO EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.
  PLUS...RAINFALL RATES OF 2 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR ARE POSSIBLE
  LEADING TO FLASH FLOOD POTENTIAL.
