.The combination of heavy rainfall last night and possible
additional heavy rainfall tonight into Sunday morning may lead to
flash flooding. The greatest concern is across southern Iowa
especially in urban and low-lying areas.

...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of south central, southeast, and southwest Iowa,
  including the following counties, in south central Iowa,
  Appanoose, Clarke, Decatur, Lucas, Monroe, Ringgold, Union and
  Wayne. In southeast Iowa, Davis and Wapello. In southwest Iowa,
  Adams, Cass and Taylor.

* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
