FOR WESTERN MARSHALL AND SOUTHEASTERN STORY COUNTIES...

AT 846 AM CDT...EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED FLASH FLOODING IN
COLO. UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING
IS ALREADY OCCURRING.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS MINIMAL IN THE NEXT FEW HOURS...THEREFORE THE
HIGHEST THREAT OF FLASH FLOODING WILL OCCUR OVER THE NEXT HOUR OR
TWO WITH CONDITIONS LIKELY IMPROVING BY MIDDAY.
