AT 212 PM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO A
THUNDERSTORM OVER 4 TO 6 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING
WILL CONTINUE. AT 147 PM...HAMILTON COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED HIGHWAY
75 FROM STRATFORD TO STANHOPE IS CLOSED DUE TO FLOODING. AT 120
PM...BOONE COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGER REPORTED SEVERAL COUNTY ROADS
HAVE WATER OVER THEM IN THE NORTHEAST SECTION OF BOONE COUNTY. AT
203 PM...SKILLET CREEK ON THE WEST SIDE OF DAYTON IS FLOODING ONTO
HIGHWAY 75 AND TWO BRIDGES NEAR TOWN.
