  Center Street dam...to Runnells.
* Until early Saturday morning.
* At  3:00 AM Sunday the stage was 22.4 feet...or 1.6 feet below
  Flood Stage.
* Flood Stage is 24.0 feet.
* No flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...rise to Flood Stage this afternoon. Continue rising to
  25.9 feet...or 1.9 feet above Flood Stage...Tuesday evening. Then
  begin falling and go below Flood Stage early Saturday morning.
* Impact...At  26.0 feet...The levee gate is closed at Southeast 4th
  Street and Shaw Street.

* Forecast...rise to Flood Stage this morning. Continue rising to 8.6

  begin falling and go below Flood Stage Friday evening.
* Impact...At   7.0 feet...Mike Mickelson Park South of Iowa 9
  floods. North Riverside Park North of Iowa 9 floods. Backwater
  from the river causes School Creek to affect the low areas of
  Valley Drive.

  Then begin falling and go below Flood Stage Wednesday afternoon.
* Impact...At  15.0 feet...In Perry...farmland floods and the waste
  water treatment facility is affected. Near Adel...the fairgrounds
  and golf course are affected. Northwest of Adel...Sportsman Club
  Road and Midland Trail flood.
