TONIGHT. THIS LOW PRESSURE AREA WILL KEEP CEILINGS BETWEEN 1000 FT
AND 3500 FT THROUGH WEDNESDAY. WESTERLY WINDS WILL REMAIN AROUND
10 KTS THIS AFTERNOON AND WEAKEN TO 5 KTS OVERNIGHT...WITH NO
SIGNIFICANT GUSTS EXPECTED. VERY LITTLE TO NO PRECIPITATION IS
EXPECTED. OVERNIGHT RECOVERIES SHOULD BE VERY GOOD...EXCEEDING 90
PERCENT TONIGHT.
