.DISCUSSION...

Clouds will be increasing through the morning hours with chances
for rain increasing by mid to late morning as well. Humidity
levels will be seasonally high with mixing levels relatively low.
Winds will be somewhat brisk from the northeast.

NOTE: This is the third request for the same location. Only one
request is needed per prescribed burn.
