.DISCUSSION...

The main theme to start the work week will be above normal
temperatures and humidity levels with intermittent precipitation
chances through Wednesday when temperatures start returning to
more seasonal values once again. The most extreme warmth will be
over central and southern Iowa Monday and Tuesday with recent
snow pack reducing temperatures somewhat north. Relatively high
low level moisture levels will keep mixing levels low.

.TUESDAY...

Sky/weather.........Cloudy (90-100 percent). Chance of rain in the
                    morning.
Max temperature.....Around 42.
Min humidity........82 percent.
Eye level winds.....Southwest winds 6 to 8 mph shifting to the
                    northwest 8 to 13 mph late in the morning.
Wind (20 ft)........Southwest winds 6 to 8 mph shifting to the
                    northwest 8 to 13 mph late in the morning.
Mixing height.......300-1800 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....North 3 to 12 mph increasing to 12 to 15 mph in
