MIDDAY. RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL DROP TO AROUND 40 PERCENT BY
MID AFTERNOON AS TEMPERATURES CLIMB INTO THE UPPER 40S TO LOWER
50S. WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST TONIGHT AND INCREASE ON
TUESDAY AS COLDER AIR SPREADS INTO THE STATE. RELATIVE HUMIDITY
VALUES WILL BE HIGHER ON TUESDAY WITH THE COOLER READINGS.
