AFTERNOON BUT MOST LOCATIONS WILL BE DRY.  RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES
ARE NOT EXPECTED TO DROP BELOW 50 PERCENT WITH NORTH WINDS PERSISTING
THROUGH THE DAY.
