.DISCUSSION...
A WEAK SURFACE TROUGH WILL PASS ACROSS IOWA TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING.
THERE WILL BE A WIND SHIFT FROM THE SOUTH TO THE WEST TONIGHT AND FROM THE WEST
TO THE NORTHWEST FRIDAY MORNING.  THE WIND WILL THEN RETURN TO THE WEST THEN
SOUTHWEST BY FRIDAY AFTERNOON AFTER THE TROUGH PASSES.  TEMPERATURES WILL BE
WARM ON FRIDAY AND WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 10 TO 20 MPH.
