.DISCUSSION...

Winds will remain a bit on the breezy side out of the NW tonight
into Friday, with sustained around 15 mph and gusts into the 20s
mph. Winds will begin ease by the latter portions of the afternoon
and early evening Friday. Overall fire weather conditions will be
on the low to moderate, including areas that received rainfall
Thursday. RH values will fall into the mid 20s percent during the
latter portions of the afternoon, but will concurrently
experience easing winds.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (0-5 percent).
Max temperature.....Around 65.
Min humidity........28 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Northwest winds 13 to 17 mph.
Transport winds.....Northwest 17 to 25 mph.
Smoke dispersal.....Poor (9200 knot-ft) early in the morning
                    increasing to excellent (108000 knot-ft) in the
                    afternoon increasing to excellent (103600
                    knot-ft) in the afternoon.
