.DISCUSSION...
HIGH PRESSURE WILL MOVE ACROSS THE AREA TODAY.  WINDS WILL REMAIN OUT OF THE
NORTH AND BE FAIRLY LIGHT WITH SPEEDS OF 5 TO 10 MPH.  A WEATHER SYSTEM WILL
MOVE THROUGH MAINLY WESTERN IOWA TONIGHT BRINGING A CHANCE FOR LIGHT SNOW TO
WESTERN IOWA.  CENTRAL IOWA WILL BE ON THE FRINGE OF THE PRECIPITATION FROM
THIS SYSTEM.
