Winds increase from the south to southwest today and will be quite
strong by midday into the afternoon. Fuels should dry quickly this
morning with sunshine and increasing winds. Clouds increase by
afternoon with the threat of showers tonight.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (20-30 percent) then becoming partly
                    sunny (45-55 percent).
Temperature.........41 at ignition...Max 69.
RH..................65 percent at ignition...Min 37 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Winds south at 12 mph at ignition...otherwise
                    Breezy. South winds 12 to 21 mph with gusts to
                    around 35 mph shifting to the southwest 23 to
                    26 mph with gusts to around 39 mph in the
                    afternoon.
Mixing height.......500 ft AGL at ignition...otherwise 5700 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....Southwest 18 to 26 mph increasing to 39 to 40
