.DISCUSSION...

Breezy winds out of the northwest are expected today with gusts up
to around 25 mph, though winds will decrease through the afternoon
as a high pressure moves into the region. Minimum relative
humidity values fall into the 25-30% range and when combined with
the breezy winds, do lead to somewhat elevated fire weather
conditions, but GFDI values remain only at "high" given the
continued green-up and some recent rainfall.
