WIND CHILLS VALUES WILL RANGE FROM 15 TO 25 BELOW ZERO THROUGH
MIDDAY WEDNESDAY...MAINLY NORTH OF HIGHWAY 30.

WIND CHILLS WILL DROP RANGE FROM 20 TO 30 BELOW ZERO AGAIN FRIDAY
NIGHT OVER NORTHERN IOWA.
