THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP AND MOVE SOUTHEAST THROUGH THE OUTLOOK
AREA LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL THE MAIN
THREATS. AN ISOLATED TORNADO IS ALSO POSSIBLE. BRIEF LOCALLY
HEAVY RAIN IS ALSO POSSIBLE THROUGH MIDNIGHT.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP OVER NORTHWEST IOWA LATE THIS AFTERNOON
AND MOVE SOUTHEAST THROUGH THE EVENING. THERE IS A ENHANCED RISK
OF SEVERE WEATHER WITH DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL THE PRIMARY
THREATS FROM 3 PM WEST THROUGH MIDNIGHT SOUTHEAST. TORNADOES WILL
ALSO BE POSSIBLE EARLY IN THE EVENT ACROSS THE WEST TO ABOUT INTERSTATE
35 BETWEEN 3 PM THROUGH ABOUT 8 PM.

LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL IS ALSO LIKELY WITH SOME OF THE STORMS THIS
AFTERNOON...AND ESPECIALLY THIS EVENING BETWEEN 7 PM AND MIDNIGHT.
RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR URBAN RUNOFF
PROBLEMS LEADING TO STREET FLOODING OR TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES IS POSSIBLE
LATER THIS EVENING.
