MUCH COLDER AIR IS EXPECTED TO ARRIVE BY MONDAY ON STRONG
NORTHWEST WINDS. THE WINDS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE AREAS OF BLOWING
SNOW ACROSS THE NORTHERN HALF OF IOWA WITH REDUCED VISIBILITIES
ALONG WITH HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS. WIND CHILLS WILL ALSO
DROP BELOW ZERO DURING THIS TIME.
