This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight

Periodic moderate with a few non severe thunderstorms are
expected today. A strong storm across eastern Iowa cannot be
ruled out.

This may result in minor river flooding in the coming
days due to recent and forecast rainfall. Flood Watches
have been issued for some central Iowa rivers. Please refer to
the National Weather Service website at weather.gov/desmoines for
further details.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Thunderstorms are possible Monday into Tuesday morning. A few
storms may be strong across southwestern Iowa.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters activation is not likely at this time. However, rainfall
amounts and flood reports would be appreciated area wide.
