DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS WILL RETURN AGAIN TONIGHT AS TEMPERATURES
DROP TO NEAR RECORD LOWS IN MANY AREAS.

BITTER COLD WEATHER WILL PERSIST FROM FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY
MORNING WITH NEAR RECORD COLD AND DANGEROUS WIND CHILL VALUES
EXPECTED AT TIMES.

SNOW IS FORECAST FROM LATE SATURDAY INTO SUNDAY ACROSS MUCH OF THE
AREA. LIGHT TO MODERATE ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS ONCE AGAIN.
