IOWA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SCATTERED NON SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE EARLY THIS
MORNING. ADDITIONAL STORMS ARE POSSIBLE LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND
OVERNIGHT. LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN WILL BE THE PRIMARY THREAT WITH AN
ISOLATED SEVERE STORM ALSO POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

INTERMITTENT THUNDERSTORM CHANCES ARE POSSIBLE TUESDAY THROUGH
SATURDAY. THE GREATEST CHANCES ARE TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY.
EACH OF THESE EVENTS MAY BRING HEAVY RAINFALL WITH A POTENTIAL FOR
FLOODING IN ADDITION TO THE THREAT FOR ISOLATED SEVERE STORMS.

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND
NORTH CENTRAL IOWA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

ISOLATED NON SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL END THIS MORNING.
ADDITIONAL STORMS ARE LIKELY BY LATE AFTERNOON AND ESPECIALLY
OVERNIGHT. THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR A VERY HEAVY BAND OF RAIN
WITH 2 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN TO DEVELOP WHICH COULD LEAD TO FLASH
FLOODING. A FEW SEVERE STORMS WITH 60 MPH WINDS AND QUARTER SIZED
HAIL ARE POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

INTERMITTENT THUNDERSTORM CHANCES ARE POSSIBLE TUESDAY THROUGH
SATURDAY. THE GREATEST CHANCES ARE TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY
WHEN ONE TO TWO ROUNDS OF HEAVY RAIN ARE POSSIBLE LEADING TO THE
POTENTIAL FOR FLASH FLOODING. A FEW SEVERE STORMS WILL BE
POSSIBLE TUESDAY NIGHT.
