A DENSE FOG ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR THE AREA THROUGH MID MORNING.
PLEASE REFER TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE WEBSITE AT
WEATHER.GOV/DESMOINES FOR FURTHER DETAILS.

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY
THIS AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT. SOME OF THESE STORMS MAY BE MARGINALLY
SEVERE WITH HAIL APPROACHING ONE INCH IN DIAMETER AND STRONG WIND
GUSTS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED ON SATURDAY INTO
SUNDAY MORNING. THE BEST THREAT OF SEVERE WEATHER WILL BE
SATURDAY NIGHT WITH LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS THE MAIN
THREAT.

SPOTTER ACTIVATION MAY BE NEEDED LATER TODAY AND TONIGHT ALTHOUGH
