This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight

Isolated thunderstorms are possible tonight west of U.S. 169.
Severe weather is not anticipated.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Strong to severe storms are expected late Wednesday afternoon and
night, and again late Thursday afternoon into Thursday Night.
There will be a slight chance of severe weather central and
northwest into Wednesday Night and area wide late Thursday into
Thursday Night. The primary threats will be damaging wind and
large hail but an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out. Locally
heavy rains are also possible in most areas Thursday Night.

Additional isolated thunderstorms are possible Friday and Saturday
into Saturday night, but severe weather is not anticipated.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters may be needed at times from late Wednesday afternoon
through Thursday Night.
