This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight

Another round of strong to severe thunderstorms are forecast
this afternoon and evening. Large hail, damaging winds and even a
few isolated tornadoes are possible. Heavy rain will again pose
the threat of flash flooding into this evening.

A Flash Flood Watch is in effect for the area through this evening.
Please refer to the National Weather Service website at
weather.gov/desmoines for further details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

More storms are possible Sunday night into Monday. The
predictability for severe weather remains low at this time, but
locally heavy rain is possible.

Spotter activation appears likely later today into this evening.
