A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect for the area. Please refer to
the National Weather Service website at weather.gov/desmoines for
further details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

A winter storm will bring snow to northwest and north central
Iowa Saturday afternoon and night and light freezing rain over
central Iowa mainly on Saturday.

Another storm next Wednesday and Thursday looks to be mainly a
rain event. However, it is too early to tell with this system
concerning precipitation type and amounts.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for the area. Please refer
to the National Weather Service website at weather.gov/desmoines
for further details.

Spotters will not be needed, but snow and ice reports are
beneficial and appreciated.
