.STRONG WINDS ARE DEVELOPING ON THE BACKSIDE OF AN AREA OF
THUNDERSTORMS MOVING THROUGH CENTRAL IOWA THIS MORNING. THE STRONG
GUSTY WINDS SHOULD REMAIN FOR A FEW HOURS BEFORE DIMINSHING TO
BELOW ADVISORY LIMITS FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE DAY. WINDS
  SHOULD DIMINISH TO EASTERLY TO SOUTHEASTERLY AT 10 TO 20 MPH
  WITH SOME HIGHER GUSTS BY LATE MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON HOURS.
