THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DES MOINES HAS ISSUED A DENSE FOG
ADVISORY, WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CST THIS MORNING.

* VISIBILITY...VISIBILITIES WILL BE UNDER ONE QUARTER OF A MILE IN
  THE ADVISORY AREA, ALTHOUGH FLUCTUATIONS MAY OCCUR FROM TIME TO
  TIME. AS WINDS INCREASE AFTER SUNRISE, THE DENSE FOG IS EXPECTED
  TO LIFT.

* IMPACTS...DRIVING WILL BE HAZARDOUS DUE TO THE REDUCED
  VISIBILITIES EARLY THIS MORNING.

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
