ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CST THIS AFTERNOON.

* VISIBILITY...LESS THAN ONE QUARTER OF A MILE

* IMPACTS...FREEZING FOG MAY CAUSE ROADWAYS AND WALKWAYS TO BECOME
  SLIPPERY. ANYONE TRAVELING TODAY SHOULD ALLOW EXTRA TRAVEL TIME
  DUE TO SLIPPERY ROADS AND REDUCED VISIBILITY.
