ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CST THIS MORNING.

* VISIBILITY...WIDESPREAD VISIBILITIES LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE.
  EXPECT IMPROVED CONDITIONS TO ARRIVE INTO CENTRAL IOWA LATE
  TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS...THE RESTRICTED VISIBILITIES WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS
  TRAVEL CONDITIONS. IN ADDITION...LIGHT FREEZING DRIZZLE MAY
  ACCOMPANY THE FOG OVER FAR NORTHERN IOWA NEAR THE MINNESOTA
  BORDER AND MAY CREATE ICY CONDITIONS ON SECONDARY ROADS.
