* WINDS...EXPECT NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 35
  TO NEAR 40 MPH AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...LOOSE OBJECTS WILL BE BLOWN AROUND. ANY ADDITIONAL
  LIGHT SNOWFALL MAY BLOW ONTO ROADS RESULTING IN SLICK ROAD
