  AFTERNOON TODAY.

* WINDS...SUSTAINED SOUTHEAST WINDS OF 25 TO OVER 30 MPH WITH
  GUSTS TO 40 MPH WILL OCCUR FOR MOST OF THE AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...LOOSE OBJECTS WILL LIKELY BLOW AROUND AND MAY CAUSE
  DAMAGE. TRAVEL ON AREA ROADS WILL BE IMPACTED BY THE STRONG
