  EXPECT IMPROVED CONDITIONS TO CONTINUE TO LIFT NORTH INTO THE
  AREA THROUGH 8 AM.

* IMPACTS...THE RESTRICTED VISIBILITIES WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS
  TRAVEL CONDITIONS. IN ADDITION...LIGHT FREEZING DRIZZLE MAY
  ACCOMPANY THE FOG OVER FAR NORTHERN IOWA NEAR THE MINNESOTA
  BORDER AND MAY CREATE ICY CONDITIONS ON SECONDARY ROADS.
