NO PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TODAY BUT WITH PLENTY OF CLOUDS
AND NORTH WINDS WITH THE COLD FRONT NOW WELL SOUTH OF IOWA...HIGH
TEMPERATURES WILL NOT REBOUND MUCH. SIMILAR CONDITIONS ARE
ANTICIPATED FRIDAY...BUT WITH RAIN ALSO ADDED TO THE FORECAST.
THIS WILL RESULT IN HIGH TEMPERATURES AT OR NEAR RECORD LOW
