AT 953 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A THUNDERSTORM NEAR
WAVERLY...SLOWLY MOVING SOUTH AT ABOUT 10 MPH. AT 930 AM...A REPORT
OF OVER 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN IN WAVERLY THIS MORNING
AND AN ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO TWO INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE
WITH THIS STORM. STREET FLOODING AND SIGNIFICANT RUNOFF IS LIKELY
THROUGH THE LATE MORNING.
