CLEAR SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS HAVE COMBINED WITH LOW LEVEL MOISTURE
PRODUCE PATCHY DENSE FOG OVER THE STATE THIS MORNING. THE FOG
WILL PERSIST UNTIL AFTER SUNRISE. CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE RAPIDLY
BY 9 AM OR SHORTLY AFTER.

PEOPLE TRAVELING THIS MORNING SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN
CHANGES IN VISIBILITY AND USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS. ALLOW FOR EXTRA
TRAVEL TIME.
