WITH VISIBILITY UNDER 1/4 MILE AT TIMES. THE FOG SHOULD BE SLOWLY
LIFTING OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS...BETWEEN 10 AM AND MIDDAY
TODAY.

PERSONS TRAVELING THIS MORNING SHOULD REMAIN CAUTIOUS AND
