...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUE OVER THE
AREA...

STRONG...SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS HAVE BEEN TRACKING EAST ACROSS
THE COUNTY OVER THE PAST 2 TO 3 HOURS. RADAR ESTIMATES OF RAINFALL
RANGE FROM NEARLY AN INCH OVER THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE COUNTY
TO UP TO 3 TO 4 INCHES ACROSS THE NORTHEAST THIRD OF THE COUNTY
FROM NEAR NORTHWOOD TO KENSETT TO GRAFTON. THE LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL COULD LEAD TO PONDING OF WATER IN URBAN AREAS FOR THE
NEXT HOUR OR TWO ALONG WITH SOME MINOR RISES IN AREA STREAMS.

THE STORMS WILL BE MOVING EAST OF THE COUNTY LINE BETWEEN 3 AND
330 AM CDT THIS MORNING.
