LOCALIZED DENSE FOG IS LIKELY OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS ACROSS
PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND WESTERN IOWA. VISIBILITIES BELOW ONE
QUARTER MILE ARE POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY IN LOW LYING AREAS AND
RIVER VALLEYS. BE PREPARED FOR RAPID CHANGES IN VISIBILITIES WHEN
TRAVELING THIS MORNING. THE FOG SHOULD LIFT DURING THE MORNING AS
WINDS BEGIN TO INCREASE FROM THE SOUTH.
