CLEAR SKIES COMBINED WITH VERY COLD TEMPERATURES DUE TO SNOW
COVER AND A NORTHWEST WIND UNDER 10 MPH ARE PRODUCING WIND CHILL
TEMPERATURES OF 20 TO 25 BELOW ZERO. THE WIND IS EXPECTED TO
GRADUALLY DIMINISH FURTHER OVERNIGHT BUT WIND CHILL VALUES WILL
REMAIN IN THIS RANGE PRIMARILY BECAUSE TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN
VERY COLD OVERNIGHT.
