...Line of storms may produce wind gusts to 50 mph...

At 1234 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Rock Creek Lake to 8 miles south of Pella.
Movement was east at 55 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Newton, Oskaloosa, Pella, Grinnell, Knoxville, Toledo, Montezuma,
Tama, Monroe, Brooklyn, New Sharon, Iowa Speedway, Lake Red Rock,
Rock Creek Lake, Victor, Sully, Kellogg, Gilman, Beacon and
University Park.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 300 AM CDT for
central and south central Iowa.
