PRODUCING DAMAGING WIND GUSTS. IN ADDITION...VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL
ACCOMPANY THESE STORMS WHERE RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 3 INCHES PER
HOUR ARE POSSIBLE. THIS WILL LEAD TO THE POTENTIAL FOR LOCALIZED
AREAS FLASH FLOODING AND PONDING OF WATER RESULTING IN
HYDROPLANING AT TIMES.
