FOR SOUTHEASTERN BOONE...NORTHEASTERN DALLAS...SOUTHWESTERN STORY AND
NORTHERN POLK COUNTIES...

AT 857 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR BIG CREEK
LAKE...OR 9 MILES NORTH OF GRIMES...MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS STORM.

HAZARD...80 MPH WIND GUSTS AND NICKEL SIZE HAIL.

SOURCE...AT 853 PM CDT...AMATEUR RADIO TRAINED SPOTTERS REPORTED
WIND GUSTS TO 60 MPH AT R16 AND 215TH STREET AND ALSO NEAR HIGHWAY
44 AND HIGHWAY 169.

IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
         SHELTER. MOBILE HOMES WILL BE HEAVILY DAMAGED. EXPECT
         CONSIDERABLE DAMAGE TO ROOFS...WINDOWS AND VEHICLES.
         EXTENSIVE TREE DAMAGE AND POWER OUTAGES ARE LIKELY.

 INTERSTATE 35 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 88 AND 107.
 INTERSTATE 80 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 141 AND 149.

REMAIN ALERT FOR A POSSIBLE TORNADO! TORNADOES CAN DEVELOP QUICKLY
FROM SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS. IF YOU SPOT A TORNADO GO AT ONCE INTO THE
BASEMENT OR SMALL CENTRAL ROOM IN A STURDY STRUCTURE.

FOR YOUR PROTECTION MOVE TO AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR OF A
BUILDING.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION. THIS STORM IS PRODUCING WIDESPREAD
WIND DAMAGE ACROSS NORTHERN DALLAS COUNTY. SEEK SHELTER NOW INSIDE A
STURDY STRUCTURE AND STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.

LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS AND CONTINUOUS CLOUD TO GROUND
LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. MOVE INDOORS IMMEDIATELY.
LIGHTNING IS ONE OF NATURES LEADING KILLERS. REMEMBER...IF YOU CAN
HEAR THUNDER...YOU ARE CLOSE ENOUGH TO BE STRUCK BY LIGHTNING.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM...AND MAY LEAD TO
FLASH FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS.
