.A LARGE WINTER STORM IS STILL ON TRACK TO IMPACT IOWA SUNDAY
INTO MONDAY. A WINTRY MIX OF PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED DURING
THIS TIME WITH SIGNIFICANT ICE ACCUMULATIONS FROM SUNDAY INTO
MONDAY ACROSS THE WATCH AREA. WINTRY PRECIPITATION IS THEN
EXPECTED TO CHANGE OVER TO ALL RAIN DURING THE DAY MONDAY

  OF ONE QUARTER INCH OR MORE MAY OCCUR. A LIGHT SNOW/SLEET MIX IS
  ALSO POSSIBLE WITH ANY ACCUMULATIONS LESS THAN AN INCH.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...EAST TO SOUTHEAST WINDS AT 5 TO 10 MPH.
  SOME MINOR REDUCTION IN VISIBILITY WILL BE POSSIBLE.

* IMPACTS...EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS TRAVEL DUE TO ICY...SLICK ROADS.
  SIDEWALKS AND PARKING LOTS WILL BE SLICK. TREE DAMAGE AND
  POWER OUTAGES ARE POSSIBLE.

  A TENTH TO A QUARTER INCH OR MORE ARE POSSIBLE. LIGHT SNOW/SLEET
  WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE. ACCUMULATIONS OF SNOW/SLEET WILL RANGE
  FROM AROUND AN INCH OR LESS ALONG THE HIGHWAY 20 CORRIDOR TO
  AROUND 2 TO 3 INCHES NEAR THE IOWA/MINNESOTA BORDER.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...EAST TO SOUTHEAST AT 5 TO 10 MPH. SOME MINOR
  VISIBILITY REDUCTION WILL BE POSSIBLE...AND MAY BE REDUCED
  FURTHER IN AREAS OF SNOW.
