  THIS MORNING...GRADUALLY TAPERING OFF TO LIGHTER SNOW BY THIS
  AFTERNOON.

* STORM TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...TOTALS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES ARE
  EXPECTED WITH THE HEAVIEST AMOUNTS ACROSS FAR NORTHERN IOWA.

* WINDS AND VISIBILITY...SOUTHEAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH THIS
  MORNING...TURNING TO NORTH AT 15 TO 25 MPH AND GUSTY BY THIS
  AFTERNOON. VISIBILITY MAY BE REDUCED TO HALF A MILE DURING THE
  HEAVIEST SNOWFALL PERIODS.

* IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED ROADS ARE EXPECTED WITH SLIPPERY TRAVEL
