* TIMING...TONIGHT WIDESPREAD SNOW WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE REGION
  OVERNIGHT...PERSISTING INTO SUNDAY.

* STORM TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...TONIGHT SNOW TOTALS WILL
  RANGE FROM 3 TO 5 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS
  POSSIBLE... ESPECIALLY IN THE NORTHEAST.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...WINDS WILL BE FROM THE SOUTHEAST AT 15 TO 20
  MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH. VISIBILITIES TONIGHT WILL BE REDUCED
  DUE TO BLOWING SNOW TO LESS THAN ONE MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO THE
  COMBINATION OF SNOW AND WIND...AND SLICK...SNOW-COVERED ROADS.
