.NORTHWEST WINDS WILL DIMINISH SOMEWHAT THIS EVENING BUT STILL REMAIN
BRISK INTO THE NIGHT. VISIBILITY RESTRICTIONS DOWN TO A FEW MILES
MAY STILL OCCUR BUT ARE NOT EXPECTED TO PRODUCE SIGNIFICANT OR
WIDESPREAD TRAVEL PROBLEMS. THE MAIN WEATHER STORY WILL TURN TO THE
COMBINATION OF WIND AND COLD TONIGHT WHICH WILL ALSO CREATE VERY
COLD WIND CHILLS.
