WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS
EVENING TO 6 PM CST SUNDAY.

* SHORT TERM TRENDS...THIS MORNING WIND CHILL VALUES CONTINUE TO
  HOVER NEAR 20 BELOW ACROSS MUCH OF THE REGION. OVER THE NEXT
  FEW HOURS AS OUTSIDE TEMPERATURES DROP...WIND CHILLS WILL
  APPROACH 25 BELOW BETWEEN 4 AM AND 6 AM ACROSS THE REGION.

* TIMING...TONIGHT WIDESPREAD SNOW WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE REGION
  OVERNIGHT...PERSISTING INTO SUNDAY.

* STORM TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...TONIGHT SNOW TOTALS WILL RANGE
  FROM 3 TO 5 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS
  POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY IN THE NORTHEAST.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...THIS MORNING WINDS WILL BE NORTHWEST AT 5 TO
  10 MPH. TONIGHT WINDS WILL BE FROM THE SOUTHEAST AT 15 TO 20 MPH
  WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH. VISIBILITIES TONIGHT WILL BE REDUCED DUE
  TO BLOWING SNOW TO LESS THAN ONE MILE AT TIMES.

* TEMPERATURES/WIND CHILL VALUES...THIS MORNING TEMPERATURES ARE
  IN THE SINGLE DIGITS BELOW ZERO AND WIND CHILL VALUES WILL
  APPROACH 25 DEGREES BELOW ZERO THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS.

* IMPACTS...THIS MORNING THOSE WITH INTERESTS OUTDOORS SHOULD
  DRESS WARMLY AND COVER EXPOSED SKIN...AS FROSTBITE AND
  HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF THE PROPER PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT
  TAKEN. TONIGHT THE COMBINATION OF SNOW AND WIND WILL LEAD TO
  HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ACROSS THE AREA.
