...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY...

* SHORT TERM TRENDS...SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO END FROM WEST TO EAST
THROUGH NOON. ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE LESS THAN
  ONE INCH.

* STORM TOTAL SNOW...SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE 2 TO 4 INCHES.
MOST OF THOSE HIGHER ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE ON GRASSY SURFACES
WITH LESSER AMOUNTS ON ROADS DUE TO MELTING AND TREATMENT.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...SOUTHEAST WINDS MAY EXCEED 10 MPH AT TIMES
BUT WILL HAVE LITTLE IMPACT. VISIBILITIES WILL BE STEADY FROM
JUST UNDER A MILE TO AROUND TWO MILES.

* IMPACTS...PRIMARY IMPACTS WILL BE TRAVEL CONDITIONS. THE
CONSISTENCY OF THE SNOW WILL MAKE IT SLUSHY AND SLIPPERY ON
  ROADWAYS...ESPECIALLY BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW
WILL CAUSE PRIMARILY TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO
SLOW DOWN...DRIVE DEFENSIVELY AND EXERCISE CAUTION ON SNOW
COVERED ROADS THIS MORNING AS MANY WILL BE UNACCUSTOMED TO WINTER
DRIVING CONDITIONS.
